Robin Bidwell – Chairman
Robin is the former Executive Chairman of ERM and one of the company's founding partners. In addition to chairing the ERM Foundation and the LCEF, he also chairs the Green Alliance and ZSL's Field Conservation Advisory Committee. He was awarded the CBE in 1999 for services to the environment. Robin plays an active role in the identification, screening, selection and subsequent support for the LCEF's investments.
Emma Caddy – Development Director
Emma has extensive experience in pro poor, climate and biodiversity-friendly investing and business development in developing countries. She joined the LCEF in 2008 and has been responsible for origination, due diligence, deal structuring and execution of investments into the fund. Emma is now based in Nairobi and leads on the fund's external relations and deal origination. Emma has an MBA and Masters in Environmental Management, and was a Skoll Scholar for Social Entrepreneurship at Oxford.
Alan Feldbaum - Americas Director
Alan was a leader in ERM's global mergers & acquisition practice and directed environmental due diligence for clients in both developed and developing markets. In 2010 he led the Strategic Review for the Equator Principles, the landmark environmental and social risk management framework in field of project finance. Alan holds a Masters in Environmental Management from Duke University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
